To obtain the best benefit of our knowledge and advice, and to fully appreciate the quality and condition of our stock, we recommend that people visit our nursery prior to purchase. Accordingly, we do not offer internet purchasing facilities.
If a nursery visit is too difficult an option, then an email or letter will provide personal assistance. After verification that the desired items are indeed available, further arrangements may then be made.
Ordered goods can be held for a maximum of seven (7) days until the customer makes arrangement for payment. In the circumstances of an order, all goods remain the property of Rob’s Rare Palms until the client has paid in full the agreed sale price and any relevant fees and charges.
If purchased goods are to be delivered, the means of delivery may be arranged either by the customer or by Rob’s Rare Palms with the relevant costs charged to the customer.
After leaving Rob’s Rare Palms, responsibility for the plant’s success is held by the client. No warranty is expressed or implied as to the plant’s success or failure. Plant health is considered to be governed entirely by natural forces, and by the competence of the gardener and control measures instigated by same.
Rob’s Rare Palms welcomes payment in the form of cash, endorsed cheque or direct transferral between bank accounts. Expenses incurred in regards to dishonoured cheques are to be borne by the customer.
